Claude showed up outside our sanctuary in 2021. He was shy but friendly, and we assumed he belonged to a neighbor. After he had been here for a few weeks we put up signs in the neighborhood, checked shelters and posted on social media in an effort to find his owner, but we had no luck. Since he seemed like he didn’t have anywhere else to go, we started feeding him and eventually took him to our vet to be neutered and to get his annual shots and checkup. Claude is young and healthy. He is up for adoption to the right person(s), but until that happens, he has a home at Mollie’s Cat Place.
